Moriah Carney
Growing up in the Northeast Kingdom is a cherished childhood memory of mine. Surrounded by family, friends, and nature. Now bringing my own children back to embark on the same magical adventures, is priceless.
After receiving my B.S. in Early Childhood Education, a VT teaching license, and a B.S. in psychology I ventured off to Boulder, Colorado to change the world. I loved every minute of teaching, I was surrounded by beautiful mountains, rapids, and hiking trials, but...I missed my family. In 2005 I returned to Vermont and landed in Brattleboro. I have been running West Bee Nursery School ever since. I am honored to be embarking on new adventures with your children in their formative years. Together we will play, learn, and enjoy what nature has in store for us. I thank you for entrusting me with your most precious gifts in life. Teaching has taught me many things, however the most important is... the day I stop learning will be the day I stop teaching.
Jessica Corbeil
Hello! My name is Jessica Corbeil. I am from Brattleboro and I have lived here for most of my life. I knew at a young age that I wanted to be a teacher, spending many weekends and summers babysitting. I attended Champlain College and Keene State college working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been working in the Early Childhood Education field for 18 years. I started off working at a local childcare center and then opened a daycare in my home when my children were little. I began my career at West Bee Nursery School in 2017. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy making cards, doing puzzles, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.
Jessica "Essy" Farquhar
Hello Everyone! I was born in Plymouth MA, moved to VT in 2000. I have worked in Early Childhood Education since 2006. I am attending CCV to get my associates in education. I live in Brattleboro with my husband and three children. I love working with children and watching the lightbulb moments when they are learning and mastering a new skills .West Bee is honored to have one of the most exceptional teams in the industry. Each teacher goes through comprehensive training, ensuring the entire staff has extensive experience in early childhood education.
Reese Miner
Hello Families!
I graduated from BUHS in 2022, I completed my Fundamentals training in 2023, and I am excited to be work with your children. I have spent many years dancing and teaching at Kelly's Dance Academy and teaching gymnastics for the Brattleboro Rec Department. I look forward to growing and learning with your children.
